We are seeking a Vice President of Development to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre projects across Europe. This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive experience across the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and site origination through design, construction, and final delivery. As VP of Development, you will set the strategic vision for all development activities, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring best-in-class execution. You will be responsible for sourcing, appointing, and managing external design and engineering consultants, as well as driving performance across all project stakeholders. Working closely with the executive leadership and investment team, you will play a key role in building and scaling a high-performing development function from the ground up.
