Account Director – Critical & Corporate Environments

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Director to join a leading facilities management provider. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of one of two major client accounts, both comprising a mix of data centre and corporate office environments.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and financial management of the account. This includes full P&L ownership, team leadership, client relationship management, and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites.

You will be supported by a well-established team, including an Account Manager and several Contract Managers, and will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, driving operational performance, and ensuring contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of P&L and budget management across a high-value, multi-site account
  • Leadership of operational teams, ensuring service delivery and staff development
  • Management of SLAs, KPIs, and all contractual deliverables
  • Strategic client engagement and stakeholder relationship management
  • Identification and implementation of opportunities for account improvement and growth

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale FM accounts, ideally in critical and/or corporate environments
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at senior levels
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and deliver
  • Experience in data centre environments is advantageous, but not essential
