About the Role:
You’ll work on high-impact projects, building statistical models, experimentation frameworks, and marketing effectiveness tools. From marketing mix modelling to A/B testing, your work will directly support cross-functional teams in making informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions and translate insights into real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement statistical models for customer and marketing analytics
- Design A/B tests and incrementality frameworks to measure business impact
- Develop and maintain marketing mix models to evaluate campaign performance
- Work with large datasets using Python and SQL
- Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to bring models into production
- Continuously improve model performance and business integration
- Working in a global team with a focus on GenAI / LLMs.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Data Science or Analytics role
- Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, scikit-learn)
- SQL experience for data wrangling and analysis
- Experience with marketing analytics and causal inference - Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Attribution Modeling have no secrets for you
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
