About the Role:

You’ll work on high-impact projects, building statistical models, experimentation frameworks, and marketing effectiveness tools. From marketing mix modelling to A/B testing, your work will directly support cross-functional teams in making informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions and translate insights into real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement statistical models for customer and marketing analytics
  • Design A/B tests and incrementality frameworks to measure business impact
  • Develop and maintain marketing mix models to evaluate campaign performance
  • Work with large datasets using Python and SQL
  • Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technical teams to bring models into production
  • Continuously improve model performance and business integration
  • Working in a global team with a focus on GenAI / LLMs.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Must-have: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Data Science or Analytics role
  • Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, scikit-learn) SQL experience for data wrangling and analysis
