DataWalk is a high‑tech software product company that brings the next level of technology to the world through a patent‑based hybrid graph analytical platform. Our system is used by US Departments, Intelligence Agencies, and top Fortune500 companies to combat money laundering, fraud, human trafficking, terrorism, or organized crime.

We are looking for a committed high performer who will join our team as a Senior Account Executive. The role is to individually drive DataWalk sales in the Benelux, DACH, or UK regions, for commercial accounts with a focus on the most advanced enterprises (Fortune500 corporations with a strong focus on financial services) in the private sector, where they are looking for leading‑edge analytical software technology.

The main territory is in the Benelux, DACH, or UK regions, where you will be selling directly and indirectly through a channel of resellers, utilizing your comprehensive sales skillset and DataWalk’s Integrated Account Management methodology. You will act as an individual contributor; thus your contact network and strong technical understanding are required.

The Senior Account Executive should be well‑organized, a hard‑worker, and a team‑player, who is eager to run the complete sales process, including generating new leads, delivering quality presentations, bidding, negotiating, contract management, and closing. This work is goal‑oriented, and may require irregular working hours according to business needs and possibly changing time zones. The marketing department provides leads regularly to supplement your own contact network.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tech‑sales person with experience in selling software and analytics (preferably fraud, crime, AML, KYC, or CTF). We are looking for a person who can discuss functional aspects of the DataWalk platform, provide basic product demos directly to customers, and demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in our domain areas.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and lead sales growth; penetrate new accounts and expand sales within existing customers; and maintain customer satisfaction on a long‑term basis.
  • Develop and maintain account plans and execute sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in managing procurement and contracting processes.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Submit accurate and detailed sales forecasts.
  • Provide quotes and present proposals to customers and engage in virtual and face‑to‑face meetings with key prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Maintain knowledge and practical working proficiency in the DataWalk product and understand the target market’s pain points in analytics.
  • Validate and qualify leads.
  • Understand and utilize DataWalk’s sales processes (Integrated Account Management), including the ability to identify and request relevant support from pre‑sales, engineering, marketing, and senior management in a timely manner.
  • Exemplify professionalism and work to become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience and success in sales, pre‑sales, or relevant sales support activities within the enterprise software space.
  • Established network of contacts in the target market (Benelux, private sector with a focus on financial services).
  • Technical sales competencies, including selling software to IT architects and executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated account management team.
  • Native in Dutch, German, or English.
  • Experience with sales techniques and tools, including the ability to execute complex, enterprise sales processes while addressing multiple stakeholders.
  • Good and credible references are required.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Graph Analytics, Generative AI (GenAI), and/or investigative software.
  • Technical background (and/or relevant technical education).
  • Fluency or working proficiency (intermediate level) in French.
  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
We Offer
  • Direct impact on the global expansion of a fast growing investigative analytics company.
  • A competitive salary and an attractive commission structure.
  • Growth opportunities in a dedicated and passionate team of professionals.
  • A challenging and inspiring environment.
  • Work remotely in a flexible, independent work environment.
