What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, building and evaluating Machine Learning, Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions
- Delivering AI and data science projects from discovery and proof of concept through to production
- Applying advanced analytics to solve customer, marketing, digital and commercial challenges
- Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business problems and deliver impactful solutions
- Presenting insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentoring junior consultants and leading project workstreams (Senior/Managing Consultant level)
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial experience in completing end-to-end projects in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI
- Hands-on experience developing or evaluating Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Customer analytics, marketing analytics, web analytics, product analytics or commercial analytics experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with cloud platforms for Data Science and Machine Learning
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative approach with a passion for solving complex business problems
- Project leadership and people management experience for Senior and Managing Consultant positions
