We re exclusively retained on an ECM Analytics Lead hire with a consumer credit fintech that s growing fast and isn t slowing down.
ECM Existing Customer Management is where the value in a lending book is genuinely made or lost.
This role owns the analytics behind how the existing customer base is grown, priced and managed: credit limit increases and decreases, balance transfer strategy, repricing and line assignment.
Decisions that move the P re looking for: Consumer credit risk analytics experience ECM, CLI, pricing, line assignment or similar SQL and/or Python; scorecard or strategy tooling a bonus Prior people management or strong mentoring experience Financial services background cards, personal loans or retail lending ideally Comfortable in a commercial, fast-moving environment Existing UK right to work no sponsorship available
Package: up to 90,000 depending on experience.
