This role is accountable for establishing and leading enterprise market intelligence capability, turning complex internal and external data into single interpretation of market dynamics for senior leadership decision making.

Integrate external economic datasets (e. g., Macrobond) with internal performance data to generate causal and contextual insights.

Partner closely with the Global Head of Research, Head of Residential, Senior Partner, and executive leadership to inform market positioning, investment decisions, and responses to macroeconomic and geopolitical changes.

Required Skills Advanced capability in interpreting complex economic relationships, interdependent variables, and broader system dynamics.

Strong ability to identify leading and lagging indicators, separating meaningful signals from noise.

Skilled in evaluating causality limitations and moving beyond simple correlation-based analysis.

Deep understanding of housing and real estate markets, including core and prime segments.
