We're partnering with a leading UK insurer that is investing heavily in its Pricing & Analytics capability and looking to appoint a Principal Pricing Analyst to help shape pricing strategy and drive commercial performance. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior pricing professional with Personal Lines Insurance experience who enjoys combining technical modelling with strategic influence and leadership.
- Lead pricing and optimisation initiatives that directly impact profitability and customer outcomes
- Develop advanced pricing, demand, retention and behavioural models using Python, SQL, SAS or R
- Influence pricing strategy through analysis of customer behaviour, price sensitivity and market dynamics
- Mentor and develop analysts while acting as a senior technical voice within the team
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Pricing, Commercial, Finance and Data functions
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong Personal Lines Pricing experience
- Expertise in predictive modelling, pricing analytics and optimisation
- Experience using Python, SQL, SAS and/or R
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous mentoring, coaching or team leadership experience
