A fast-growing AI Saa S company is looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead and grow a Data Engineering function within AI Saa S environment
This is a senior leadership opportunity with a clear path to Head of Data Engineering as you build your knowledge of the business, its products and customers.
You’ll lead a small team of Data Engineers, take ownership of delivery and work directly with external customers.
Although primarily a leadership role, you’ll need the technical depth to review SQL and code, challenge technical decisions and provide guidance when required.

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Data Engineers.
- Own delivery, priorities and engineering standards.
- Manage customer relationships and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Review SQL, code and technical approaches.
- Work closely with Product, AI and Engineering teams.
