Senior Marketing Performance Analyst
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in London offices, remainder at home
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 negotiable DOE plus discretionary bonus

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Marketing Performance Analyst to join their dynamic and data-driven centralised Analytics department.
You\’ll be part of a progressive team embedding predictive insights and marketing effectiveness analysis into every stage of the marketing campaign lifecycle.
You will be responsible for driving insightful performance analysis to optimise business marketing outcomes. This role is about more than reporting, it’s about storytelling, rapid experimentation, and driving smarter marketing decisions.
You\’ll partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Customer Intelligence, and Data teams to ensure every campaign is rooted in actionable insight, and every customer marketing journey is an opportunity for growth.
Accountabilities included:
- Deliver fast, insightful analysis of marketing performance to optimise future activity
- Support the creation and testing of predictive models and customer segmentation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in CRM outcomes and customer personalisation efforts
- Design and maintain intuitive performance dashboards for marketing teams
- Translate customer and campaign data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Support a culture of experimentation and insight-led decision-making within marketing
Qualifications
- Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics but not exclusively) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a commercial, CRM, or marketing analytics role is essential.
- Hands-on experience with campaign evaluation techniques and uplift modelling as well as being comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Technically proficient in SQL and Excel, as well as competent with Data visualisation software, Power BI preferrable.
- Strong communicator, able to influence through data storytelling.
