We're working with a well established business to find a proven Senior Manager to join their Customer Revenue Team. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role you won't be reviewing someone else's models, you'll be building them. From day one you'll have your hands in the data, designing the pricing models and processes that drive real commercial decisions across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Hands-on ownership of pricing strategy across retail, partner, and digital channels
- Building margin models, elasticity analyses, and scenario planning from the ground up
- Designing and running distribution economics and channel pricing architecture
- Running competitor monitoring and market intelligence
- Leading pricing inputs into the Annual Operating Plan
- Ensuring pricing activity meets fair value and regulatory compliance standards
- Partnering directly with Product, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrable experience working with complex, large data sets and dynamic pricing is key
- 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance
- Strong, hands-on financial/data modelling skills (Excel, SQL, Python or R)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar is advantageous
- Demonstrable experience translating complex pricing models into clear commercial recommendations
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Maths, or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory pricing/fair value frameworks is a strong plus
