We're looking for a Principal Analyst to lead a portfolio of analytical programmes, manage a team of 9 analysts, and deliver high-quality insight that influences strategic decision-making.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven line management experience, leading and developing analytical teams (essential).
- Experience managing multiple analytical programmes and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior leaders and translating complex requirements into actionable insight.
- Expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative analysis, data storytelling and visualisation.
- Experience working with NHS or health and social care datasets and a strong understanding of the wider healthcare data landscape (highly desirable).
- A track record of delivering complex analysis that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
