The Role
- Lead end-to-end pricing and optimisation initiatives
- Analyse customer behaviour and price sensitivity using advanced modelling techniques
- Improve customer lifetime value, retention, and trading performance
- Monitor competitor pricing and wider market trends
- Support fair value outcomes for customers
- Mentor and support junior analysts
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in insurance pricing at a senior or lead level
- Solid quantitative and statistical modelling background
- Experience in risk and/or demand modelling
- Proven ability to lead projects or mentor analysts
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, R, or SAS (desirable)
- Exposure to machine learning techniques is an advantage
