Datatech Analytics is supporting a leading UK technology and consulting organisation delivering secure, production-grade data platforms across defence and national security.
We’re keen to speak with DV-cleared Data Engineers first and foremost, alongside Architects who are still close to the build, not just governance. These roles sit in highly technical, engineering-led environments where the focus is on designing, building and scaling data platforms that underpin AI, analytics and operational decision making.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and building robust, production-grade data pipelines end-to-end
- Engineering scalable data platforms across ingestion, transformation and serving layers
- Working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets in secure environments
- Deploying and optimising cloud-native data infrastructure
- Collaborating with engineers, architects and delivery teams to solve complex technical problems
Tech stack / environment:
- Python, SQL as core
- Spark, Databricks, distributed data processing
- AWS, Azure or GCP
- Modern data platforms, lakehouse, warehouse, streaming where relevant
Who we’re looking for:
- Active DV clearance essential
- Strong hands-on engineers, not just design oversight
- Experience building and running production data platforms
- Architects who still engage technically and lead from the front
These are engineering-heavy roles, working on complex, real-world systems where reliability, scale and security matter. If you’re DV cleared and want to stay close to the technology while working on genuinely impactful programmes, worth a conversation.
