Are you an experienced Data & AI consultant who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, client management and team development?
\n
\n
We’re looking for a Managing Consultant with circa 7 years’ relevant experience to lead complex Data Science & AI engagements, shape client strategy and help organisations turn data and emerging AI technologies into measurable business value.
\n
\n
This is a role for someone who is technically confident and credible, but who can also step back from the detail to provide strategic direction, lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
\n
\n
🔍 What we're looking for:
\n
• Circa 7 years' relevant experience across Data, AI, analytics or consulting
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and Machine Learning
\n
• Technical confidence in Python and modern data/AI technologies
\n
• Experience across customer, marketing, commercial, web or product analytics
\n
• Strong understanding of CX, customer data and digital analytics
\n
• Experience leading AI/ML POCs, MVPs and production-grade solutions
\n
• Ability to move between hands-on technical delivery and strategic leadership
\n
• Proven project, programme and people management experience
\n
• Strong commercial experience across RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, costing and client negotiation
\n
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identifying new opportunities
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation and data storytelling skills
\n
• A strong interest in emerging developments across AI, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI
\n
\n
🌟 Experience across Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Telecommunications or Public Sector would be a bonus.
\n
\n
