AI Solution Architects & Technical AI Leaders

Locations: London, Manchester & Scotland (Hybrid)

Enterprise AI is moving beyond experimentation into large-scale production. We're partnering with one of the UK's leading consulting and technology firms as it continues to invest heavily in AI transformation across Financial Services.

We're looking for experienced AI Solution Architects and Technical AI Leaders who can bridge strategy and engineering—taking GenAI solutions from concept to secure, scalable production. You'll work with some of the world's largest banks and financial institutions, helping them design and deliver enterprise-grade AI platforms that create measurable business value.

  • Architect enterprise AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions at scale.
  • Define AI governance, guardrails, model lifecycle management and deployment standards.
  • Lead cloud-native AI platform design across AWS, Azure and GCP.
  • Guide engineering teams through the delivery of enterprise AI programmes from strategy through implementation.

Required skills:

Proven experience delivering AI, ML or modern data platforms into production. Experience designing enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and modern AI frameworks. Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience. A passion for shaping AI strategy while remaining hands-on with technology.
