Lead a small Analytics Engineering team and take ownership of how trusted, decision ready data is modelled and delivered across the business. You will shape modern analytics models in Databricks that help teams move faster with confidence.
What you will do
- Own and build scalable analytics data models in Databricks
- Lead and support Analytics Engineers, setting technical direction
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Governance to improve data quality and trust
- Translate business priorities into clear, practical technical solutions
What we are looking for
- Strong analytics focused data modelling experience
- Advanced SQL with Python or PySpark
- Databricks or similar cloud data platform experience
- Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership, mentoring, or team ownership experience
- Regulated sector experience is helpful but not essential
