Turn AI potential into real commercial impact. We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner with Marketing and practical AI experience to join a new AI Excellence function within a major UK organisation. This is the third Senior Product Owner in the team, with a specific focus on Marketing and commercial growth, including subscriptions, acquisition, growth and pricing.

You’ll work with business value streams to identify where AI can solve real problems, then take those opportunities from discovery and POC through to delivery, scale and adoption.

What you’ll do

  • Work with Marketing and commercial teams to identify and shape AI opportunities
  • Lead discovery, workshops and problem framing to uncover practical use cases
  • Own the journey from POC → product → scale, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value
  • Work with delivery teams to deploy, improve and troubleshoot AI products
  • Explore and apply GenAI, LLMs, RAG and AI assistants where they can add genuine value
  • Help establish AI best practice and coach wider Product teams on applying AI effectively
  • Balance innovation with commercial value, feasibility, scalability and responsible AI

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Transformation, Business Analysis or similar
  • Previous experience within Marketing, ideally subscriptions, growth, acquisition, customer propositions or pricing
  • Proven, practical AI/GenAI experience and an understanding of where it can create business value
  • Experience taking products or projects from discovery/POC through to delivery and scale
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to bridge business, product and technology and turn ambiguity into action

You don’t need to have spent your whole career in AI. We’re looking for someone with a strong product and commercial background who has developed genuine AI expertise. AI model-building experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.

Why join?

A high-autonomy, high-impact role with exposure to multiple products and business areas - combining the pace of a start-up with the scale and security of an established UK household name. Busy, challenging and fantastic opportunity to help shape how AI delivers real commercial value across the organisation.
