- Experience developing people, managing teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

- Experience in business development, account growth and identifying new opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation and data storytelling skills.
- A strong interest in emerging developments across AI, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI.
Experience across Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Telecommunications or Public Sector would be a bonus.

The role has a clear balance of responsibilities:
- 75% Leadership, Delivery & Client Management: Lead project teams, manage complex engagements, oversee delivery, develop people and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- 25% Business Development & Account Growth: Identify opportunities within existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, support new business proposals and help grow the consulting practice.
We're looking for someone who can operate confidently across three levels:
- Technical: credible enough to understand, challenge and guide technical solutions and teams.
- Strategic: able to shape engagement direction, translate business challenges into Data & AI strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Leadership & Commercial: able to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholders, develop talent and contribute to account growth.
If you're an experienced Data & AI professional looking for a role where you can combine technical depth, consulting leadership, client delivery and commercial development, we'd love to hear from you.
