Pricing isn't an afterthought here, it's the engine room. We're working with a well established UK financial services business looking for a Lead or Senior Pricing Analyst to get stuck into the numbers that directly shape how the business competes and grows. This is a hands-on role, a great next step for someone ready to take more ownership, build their own models and processes, and work with the data from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting and owning pricing strategy across retail, partner, and digital channels
- Building margin models, elasticity analyses, and scenario planning
- Helping shape distribution economics and channel pricing architecture
- Running competitor monitoring and market intelligence
- Contributing to pricing inputs for the Annual Operating Plan
- Helping ensure pricing activity meets fair value and regulatory compliance standards
- Working closely with Product, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in pricing modelling and dynamic modelling of data sets, and pricing/commercial analysis
- 3-5 years in pricing or revenue management
- Proven experience of financial/data modelling skills (Excel, SQL, Python or R)
- Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar is advantageous
- Ability to communicate pricing insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Maths, or related field
- An interest in regulatory/fair value frameworks is helpful but not essential
