What we're looking for: Graduate entry level candidates (data science, analytics, or related quantitative degree) with demonstrable experience in applying Machine Learning to real world problems. Need to be skilled using Python/R and statistical analysis – recent graduates or early career professionals welcome. The role will be working in a team of 4 on a particular project where Machine Learning is key. You will also have the opportunity to work on wider analytical projects related to airport operations, airspace capacity and air traffic management.
The role would suit a self‐directed learner capable of developing technical skills independently who has logical problem‐solving and project‐management skills. Being able to communicate findings and work collaboratively is essential. They are looking for someone who thrives in a project environment where they will be the data expert contributing to broader aviation projects, not just another analyst in a data company. No aviation experience required – they provide domain training.
Graduate staff responsibilities:
- Contribute to our project portfolio across all business areas.
- Show willingness to take on responsibility and client‐facing tasks from day one, with support from other team members.
- Work with senior staff, coaches and mentors to identify an accelerated career development plan.
