We're hiring a Head of Data Platform Delivery for a growing AI and first party data platform business. This is not a PMO or traditional programme role. This is for someone who has delivered within a SaaS or data platform environment and understands how to run complex implementations across multiple enterprise clients. You will own how delivery works as the business scales. From shaping the operating model to translating commercial agreements into delivery plans, through to leading multiple live client programmes.
What you'll be doing:
- Turning Statements of Work into clear, realistic delivery plans
- Leading multiple platform implementations across enterprise clients
- Building delivery frameworks, governance and ways of working from scratch
- Aligning Engineering, Data Science and Product teams to deliver effectively
- Owning delivery risk, scope, milestones and escalation
- Deciding whether client requirements should be built into the core platform or delivered as client specific solutions
- Creating a strong feedback loop between delivery and product
