We’re hiring a Recruitment Resourcer! Recruitment Resourcer – Data & Analytics Hybrid working – 3 days in Basingstoke office & 2 days remote (if required/5 days in office is available) £Base salary plus commission structure Full time role ideally required – Part time working considered for the right applicant Summary: Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Resourcer, where you will play a pivotal role in aiding our recruitment consultants in sourcing top-tier candidates. Duties: – Collaborate with recruitment consultants to comprehend specific candidate requirements and sourcing strategies. – Conduct headhunting and candidate harvesting to identify and engage potential candidates. – Interact with our candidate database to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment process. – Utilise various sourcing methods and tools to surface high-quality talent in the market. – Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. – Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome tests and enhance the recruitment process. – Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and aid multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously. – Work autonomously while also contributing to team goals and revenue opportunities. – Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
