They are hiring highly skilled Data Science Consultants with hands-on experience, ideally including end to end Generative AI (Gen AI) and/or Large Language Models (LLM) development and evaluation. Additionally, candidates should have strong project management and people management skills for higher level roles.
In summary they are looking for:
- Data Science & AI Expert – Expert in building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases.
- CX Data Experience - Hands-on experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics with core focus in customer experience.
- Sector Experience - Consumer Products, Retail, Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications or Public Sector would be useful but not essential.
- Programming Experience - Skilled in using programming languages such as Python.
- Cloud Expertise - Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for data science and machine learning.
- Data Visualisation Experience - Utilise visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present data insights effectively.
- Ethics - Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI and data science.
- Collaborative team player - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create valuable products/solutions.
- People Manager - People management skills, including mentoring, guiding, and developing junior team members.
- Excellent Communicator – Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, with excellent written and oral presentation skills, that engages internal and external audiences.
- Innovative Mind - A strong interest and experience with the latest advancements in data, AI, machine learning, and data science space.
