The Role
- Lead end-to-end Data and AI transformation programmes
- Manage cross-functional business and technology teams
- Drive delivery, governance, implementation and remediation activities
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Translate technical solutions into clear commercial outcomes
About You
- Experience delivering large-scale Data, AI or Analytics transformation programmes
- Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Banking or regulated Financial Services experience
- Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and AI technologies
- Excellent consulting and communication skills
Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python and SQL is desirable, along with Agile or SAFe delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
