Commercial and Bid Manager – Frameworks & RFPs Location: [SL5, UK and remote working] Salary: £Negotiable base (depending on experience) + performance bonus (a % of annual turnover won through bids) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client has grown significantly in the last 4 years, with a strong network into the aviation and technology sectors. The company has established offerings including 1) consulting for customers in commercial, operational, capital development and data and technology disciplines, 2) Operational Readiness strategy and delivery and 3) software supporting operational decision making. The company now seeks to win work beyond its network, finding and responding to new work opportunities, including Frameworks and RFP\’s into both the public and private sector. As a Commercial Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire bid process, ensuring that all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is as complete and accurate as possible. End-to-End Bid Management: Oversee the entire bid process from initial qualification to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Networking: Attend events with the ability to network and reach new customers. • Prepare high-quality bid documentation, including written proposals in word, Adobe and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compelling content.
