We’re partnering with a scaling AI and analytics platform helping organisations turn complex data into real operational and commercial value. The next phase is focused on implementation, onboarding and embedding the platform into client workflows.

A senior, client-facing role sitting between Customer Success, Product and Engineering. Less traditional account management, more implementation, enablement and driving long-term adoption across enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with customer teams to understand workflows, support rollout programmes and ensure the platform becomes part of day-to-day operations.
