Client Services Director - Marketing Mix Modelling

London / Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 DoE

Ref: J13199

Our client is a specialist data and analytics consultancy supporting major consumer brands in understanding the effectiveness of their marketing investment. Through advanced modelling and analytical expertise, they help businesses evaluate performance, improve decision-making and identify opportunities to maximise commercial returns.

Following continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Client Services Director to oversee key client partnerships, lead the delivery of complex analytical programmes and develop a high-performing team. This role offers a blend of strategic account leadership, technical oversight and commercial responsibility, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while ensuring analytical services deliver real value.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence the direction of client engagements, strengthen existing partnerships and identify new ways to expand the services provided.

This is an opportunity for someone who can bridge the gap between technical analytics, client strategy and commercial performance, while developing their leadership impact within a growing specialist business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted partner and overseeing the overall service delivered
  • Manage the delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and agreed objectives are consistently achieved
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, manage expectations and resolve competing demands
  • Provide oversight of Marketing Mix Modelling projects, ensuring technical outputs meet client requirements and are delivered to a high standard
  • Coordinate team capacity and resource planning, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed and delivered efficiently
  • Lead, coach and develop analysts, encouraging collaboration, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, introduce additional services and generate further commercial value
  • Contribute to the development of new analytical offerings, improved methodologies and more effective delivery processes
  • Monitor account performance and take responsibility for commercial considerations, including revenue and profitability
  • Work alongside senior leadership and operational colleagues to support business planning and successful project delivery
  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear and engaging way, tailoring communications to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintain a proactive approach to client service, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
  • Travel internationally on occasion where client requirements make this necessary

You’ll ideally have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior client services or account leadership position within a media agency, analytics consultancy or similar environment
  • Practical experience and a strong understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • A track record of managing complex client relationships and working with multiple stakeholders across different business areas
  • Experience overseeing project delivery, managing expectations and ensuring consistently high-quality outputs
  • Proven team leadership experience, including mentoring, resource planning and developing individuals
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, commercially relevant way
  • Commercial awareness, with experience managing revenue, account performance or profit and loss responsibilities
  • The ability to recognise opportunities for account growth and develop additional business with existing clients
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with an interest in developing services, improving processes and exploring new opportunities
  • Confidence working independently, taking ownership and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders
  • A commitment to analytical quality, effective collaboration and ongoing development

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements.
