We're looking for experienced AI Solution Architects and Technical AI Leaders who can bridge strategy and engineering—taking GenAI solutions from concept to secure, scalable production.
The Opportunity
You'll work with some of the world's largest banks and financial institutions, helping them design and deliver enterprise-grade AI platforms that create measurable business value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Architect enterprise AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions at scale.
- Design secure LLM, RAG and multi-agent architectures for production environments.
- Define AI governance, guardrails, model lifecycle management and deployment standards.
- Lead cloud-native AI platform design across AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
- Guide engineering teams through the delivery of enterprise AI programmes from strategy through implementation.

- Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Outstanding consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A passion for shaping AI strategy while remaining hands-on with technology.
