An exciting opportunity to join a highly visible Pricing & Value team where analytics, modelling and commercial strategy sit at the heart of business performance. We’re hiring for both Pricing Analyst and Senior Pricing Analyst level positions within a major consumer business, supporting pricing initiatives that directly influence acquisition performance, profitability and customer retention across one of the UK’s largest consumer P&Ls. These roles offer the chance to work on innovative pricing, forecasting and optimisation projects within a highly competitive and evolving market.
Working closely with Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Insights and Compliance teams, you’ll use data, statistical modelling and market insight to help shape pricing strategy and improve trading performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pricing & behavioural modelling
- Price optimisation & competitor analysis
- Forecasting & variance analysis
- Model deployment, monitoring & validation
- Data reconciliation & quality assurance
- Commercial pricing insight & performance analysis
- Supporting FCA and governance compliance
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
- Insurance, Financial Services, Banking or similar analytical environments
- SQL, Snowflake or SAS
- Power BI or Tableau
- Python, R, Emblem or Radar
- Pricing optimisation & statistical modelling
- GLMs / GBMs (particularly for Senior level candidates)
The Senior Pricing Analyst role will suit candidates with stronger technical pricing expertise, deeper modelling experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business.
