Do you enjoy using data to solve complex business problems rather than simply responding to requests? We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Data Scientist to become the data specialist within a cross-functional product squad. Working alongside Product Managers, Engineers and Designers, you'll use data to shape product direction, challenge assumptions and deliver meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys asking questions, forming hypotheses and using data to influence what gets built. You'll combine analytical thinking, experimentation and technical expertise to solve real business problems, helping to develop data-powered products and features.

  • Analyse customer and operational data to identify opportunities, trends and areas for improvement.
  • Apply statistical thinking, experimentation and hypothesis testing to validate ideas and measure success.
  • Build analytical solutions using SQL and Python to support product development and commercial decision-making.
  • Help shape data-driven product features and continuously improve how data is used across the product.

About you:

  • Commercial experience in a hands-on technical data role, ideally within a product-led, marketplace or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying complex datasets and a good understanding of data modelling principles.
  • Commercial experience using Python for data analysis, statistical modelling and rapid prototyping.
  • Experience applying experimentation techniques, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing, to solve business problems and support product decisions.
  • Naturally curious with excellent critical thinking skills, able to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and use data to influence outcomes.
  • An interest in modern AI tooling and a desire to continue developing across product analytics, data science and data engineering.

If you're looking for a role where you can combine product thinking, analytics and technical expertise to influence customer experiences and commercial outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Alternatively, you can refer a friend or colleague by taking part in our fantastic referral schemes! For each relevant candidate that you introduce to us (there is no limit) and we place, you will be entitled to our general gift/voucher scheme.
