We’re hiring for both Analyst and Lead Analyst level positions within a high-profile Pricing & Value team, supporting one of the UK’s largest consumer P&Ls. These roles offer the chance to influence pricing and discounting strategy through advanced analytics, behavioural modelling and market insight, helping drive acquisition performance, profitability and customer retention in a highly competitive and evolving market.
You’ll work closely with Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Insights and Compliance teams to develop and optimise customer pricing strategies, behavioural models and forecasting capabilities. Key areas include:
- Discount & behavioural modelling
- Pricing optimisation
- Forecasting & variance analysis
- Customer propensity modelling
- Model monitoring & validation
- Regulatory & governance alignment
- Commercial pricing insight
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
- Insurance / Financial Services / Banking pricing environments
- SQL, Snowflake or SAS
- Python, R, Emblem or Radar
- Power BI or Tableau
- GLMs / GBMs
- Pricing optimisation & customer behaviour modelling
The Lead Analyst role will suit candidates with deeper technical discount modelling expertise, strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business.
