Associate Analyst / Graduate Econometrician – Marketing Science – 2025 Economics Graduates (2.1 or above)

A professional and rapidly growing, independent consultancy specialising in advanced analytics has a new opportunity for a graduate econometrician to join their team. You will have studied an Economics / Econometrics based degree at university and develop it in a commercial environment in marketing science and analytics. Full training and support provided for those with the enthusiasm and aptitude to learn.
This job will involve:
• Assist in the development and execution of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies across various channels.
• Conduct data analysis, statistical modelling, and interpretation of results to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, refine methodologies, and present findings in client meetings and reports.
• Prepare clear and compelling presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate key findings and insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and econometric modelling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with R/Python for data analysis and visualisation is a plus.
• Prior experience or coursework in marketing analytics, econometric modelling, or related fields is preferred but not required for recent graduates.
