What you’ll be doing:

  • Architecting the Future: Designing scalable enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Platform & Governance: Defining LLM/RAG strategies, guardrails, and deployment pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Translating complex AI capabilities into measurable commercial value for major banks and financial institutions.

The Tech Stack: Python | LLMs | RAG | Agentic AI (LangChain, LangGraph) Vector Search & Semantic Retrieval MLOps & LLMOps AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Kubernetes

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record of shipping AI/ML or complex data platforms into production.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native and modern data architectures.
  • Experience navigating Financial Services or similarly regulated, high-stakes environments.
