proactive, hands-on 3rd Line Support Administrator
to help support and enhance their mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of the IT function, you\’ll ensure the
stability, security, and performance
of the company\’s infrastructure. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Managing and maintaining on-site and off-site servers.
• Monitoring and supporting in-house software applications.
• Administering
  Active Directory
  and
  Group Policy
  .
• Managing and troubleshooting
  storage systems
  (NAS and iSCSI).
• Providing support across the
  Microsoft Windows
  environment.

Technical Experience

To succeed in this role, you\’ll bring strong, hands-on experience in:

• System administration in a
  Microsoft Active Directory
  environment.
• Proven Experience in 3rd Line Support
• Group Policy
  management and configuration.
• Virtualisation technologies
  , ideally
  Hyper-V
  .
• Scripting
  (e.g. PowerShell).
• Working knowledge of
  SQL
  ,
  HTML
  , and general
  web technologies
  .
• Experience with
  storage systems
  (NAS, iSCSI).
• Solid hardware knowledge ideally building or configuring custom machines.
• Exposure to
  Juniper networking
  (advantageous).
• Some
  programming
  experience is a plus.
