Join our IT Team at Datatag! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level .Net and SQL Software Engineer to join our agile team, based at our riverside offices in Staines upon Thames, in a hybrid role.
The Role:
As a software engineer at Datatag, you will work on various projects, from front-end websites and applications to back-end systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack software (.Net, SQL, TypeScript, Angular).
- Collaborate with the team and business to design, develop, test, and deploy applications.
- Respond to technical support/queries when required.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Any additional responsibilities when required.
Required Skills:
- .NET (Core and Framework) and ASP.NET
- Entity Framework
- MS SQL Server (T-SQL)
- Angular front-end stack (TypeScript, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery)
- Understanding of software principles and design patterns
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
Bonus Skills:
- WPF
- Kotlin Development
- Jira
Competitive salary: £40k to £45k per annum, dependent on experience, private medical insurance and hybrid, 2 days a week working from home after a qualifying period.
