Datasym are looking for a Data Administrator to be responsible for all the data services including data inputting, running scripts and ad hoc data changes for our data bureau service. Full training will be provided.
The position will be responsible for:
- All data work within the business working under the Data Team Leader
- Liaisons with customers relating to data issues
- Creating KPI & other requested reports for customers
- Manipulating data using third party tools (e.g. Excel)
- Data imports / exports
- Running Scripts
- Ad hoc data changes
- Following data processes
- Client based review and planning calls once trained
The candidate must have:
- Experience of Administration
- Data entry experience
- Good understanding of IT
- Excellent experience of Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage own time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Desire to learn and ability to pick things up quickly
- Professional telephone manner
- Can do attitude
