  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs

  • Support the bidding work.

  • Deliver the project to the scope, time and cost in line with client requirements.

  • Preparing project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams in line with business change and technical delivery.

  • Working alongside the technical delivery team to recommendations to the customer.

  • Being responsible for the financial management of projects, i.e risk and cost mitigation.

  • Being responsible for the profitability of the project.

  • Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills.

  • Mentor and lead teams.

  • Support new business opportunities.

  • Attend networking/seminar events.

  • Be prepared to support our involvement in apprenticeship schemes.

  • Supporting bid activities

  • Have knowledge of key senior stakeholder relationships

  • Take onboard feedback from stakeholders to flex and grow your project management skills.
