Our world leading consultancy client works to deliver complex transformation projects to their Defence and Security clients. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement business change strategies. You will need to have experience with delivering transformation projects within Defence or National Security organisations and an understanding of their practices.
Working Patterns: Hybrid 2-3 days per week on site in Bristol with South West wide travel to client sites as required.
The Key Responsibilities of a People Transformation Consultant:
- Assist with the design, development and transformation of major programmes, including programme strategy and set up, programme / portfolio delivery, capability and digital transformation, and assurance reviews.
- Contribute to client projects including development of engagement plans, production of deliverables, change management activities, and workshop/meeting facilitation across a wide range of propositions, including:
- Operating Model design and implementation.
- Project Controls Transformation.
- Programme Governance.
- Project Management Office setup and maintenance.
- Capability Development.
- Digital Transformation.
Key Skills required for the job role:
- Industry knowledge, trends and insights in large-scale programmes, bringing lessons learnt and insights to clients.
- Proven experience working in one or more areas within Defence or Security.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering on projects associated with programmes.
- Commercial awareness around project delivery.
- Effective communication with Stakeholders and Clients.
- Problem solving, attention to details, creative thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
