As the ERP Systems Project Manager, you will lead the planning, delivery, and successful implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, traceability, compliance, and supporting future growth.
Working Patterns: This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on site per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects from initiation through to go-live and post-launch support.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring effective mitigation and escalation where required.
- Deliver projects in line with agreed scope, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors, including ERP suppliers, consultants, and system integrators.
- Act as the main point of contact for all ERP-related project activity.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, department heads, and end users to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Facilitate workshops to define business processes, functional needs, and system design.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership.
- Translate operational requirements into ERP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance, and quality functions.
- Support process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to ERP best practice.
- Ensure systems support traceability, batch control, lot tracking, and shelf-life management.
- Ensure ERP systems align with food industry regulations and standards.
