Company cultures & job summary

Our client is one of the world's most recognised management consultancies, with a serious and growing presence in the UK Defence and Security sector — working on some of the biggest, most complex and most consequential programmes in the country.

This is not your average consultancy gig.

The Technology and Transformation team are embedded with clients at the sharp end of national security, helping them deliver real change in challenging, classified environments.

The team is expanding rapidly, and they need experienced Agile Delivery Leads who can hit the ground running across Bristol, London, Manchester, and Cheltenham.

To be considered, you'll need to hold current UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance — that's non-negotiable.

Beyond that, you'll need a strong background in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and the like), proven experience managing end-to-end complex technical or transformation programmes, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and shape new propositions.

If you can also bring product management know-how or experience integrating AI into delivery work, even better.
