Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Real Estate team in London, working on high-profile commissions across the built environment.
You'll need to be SC cleared, and have a solid background in construction or real estate project management.
Working Patterns and location - Hybrid
Key responsibilities
- Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking at project outset.
- Establish effective project processes and systems from the ground up.
- Produce and maintain detailed project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and document project progress, performance indicators and change.
- Prepare written project communications, progress reports and formal documentation.
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors and designers as the key project contact.
- Attend project meetings, draft minutes and track actions to resolution.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience delivering real estate or construction projects end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management across clients, contractors, designers and end-users.
- Ability to produce high-quality project plans, reports and communication materials.
- Good knowledge of CDM regulations and site health and safety.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations.
- Confident problem solver with a strategic mindset and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to travel across London, the Home Counties and South East as required.
- Degree-level qualification in construction, real estate, planning or engineering.
- Experience working within a management consultancy environment.
- Membership or chartership with RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent professional body.
- Experience managing government or public sector real estate commissions.
