Datasource are looking for an ERP Transformation Manager to deliver an ERP upgrade, migrating legacy financial systems to OneStream as part of a larger ERP Transformation project. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end transformation initiatives, delivering agreed outcomes through robust project planning, effective governance, and cross-functional team leadership. You will drive stakeholder alignment, manage risks and change activity, and support process, systems, and operating model improvements while providing clear updates to senior leaders and governance boards. Our client is a large, matrix defence organisation, so experience in this environment would be highly desirable.
Hybrid working, 3 days a week on site. Early finish on Fridays.
The Key Skills of an ERP Transformation Manager (Finance):
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP Financial Transformation projects.
- Ability to deliver in fast paced, complex matrix environments, managing multiple workstreams.
- Demonstrable track record of leading change programmes across processes, technology systems, or target operating model improvements.
- A pragmatic approach to fast moving projects with a strong focus on successful delivery.
The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:
- Recognised project management qualification, certification, or relevant professional training (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMI / PMP, Agile, Scrum, MSP).
- Exposure to enterprise system implementations such as ERP solutions, planning tools, or data platforms.
- Experience operating within established PMO structures or formal governance frameworks.
- Background gained within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, or technology environments.
