Qualifications • Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering or architecture.
Required Skills • Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects end to end. • Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques across the full lifecycle. • Experience managing project governance, change control and performance reporting. • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams on complex programmes. • Solid understanding of project finances, procurement and resource management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Skills • Construction consultancy background, working client-side on behalf of major programmes. • Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent) or actively working towards it. • Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical or highly technical construction projects. • Background across a range of sectors including residential, commercial fit-out, health or education. • Experience working on European or international construction programmes.
