To be considered, you'll need proven experience delivering major programmes or transformation at a senior level within a consulting or professional services environment, backed by a genuine understanding of the Defence sector and its digital agenda; think AI, Cyber, Cloud, data and analytics.

You'll also need to be someone who can win work, lead bids, build lasting client relationships and bring a team with you under pressure.
