Our client are a Defence company who are currently undergoing a large ERP transformation project.
They are in the lookout for a Transformation Lead to ensure successful design and delivery of change through stakeholder collaboration to define priorities, manage risk and optimise business processes.
Working Patterns and location – This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site per week.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and manage UK-specific business change impacts arising from the ERP transformation, ensuring effective mitigation and alignment with programme objectives.
- Drive business readiness and adoption through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of targeted implementation plans.
- Partner with global process owners to adapt and localise enterprise ERP processes to meet UK operational requirements.
- Ensure UK regulatory, operational, and business requirements are fully integrated into the ERP solution while maintaining alignment with global standards.
- Serve as the key interface between UK business stakeholders and the global transformation programme, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
- Lead workshops, working groups, and decision forums to facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve issues, and progress key programme decisions.
- Identify and analyse gaps between global ERP design and UK business needs, defining solutions to address localisation requirements.
- Support solution design, validation, and implementation to ensure outcomes are fit for purpose and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide clear, proactive reporting on UK business readiness, including programme risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to programme governance structures, ensuring UK business interests and requirements are effectively represented.
