Datasource Recruitment are assisting our client in recruiting a Retirement and Wellbeing Consultant to support the governance and day-to-day management of UK and European defined benefit pension arrangements. You will work closely with trustees, advisers, and internal stakeholders to drive governance and retirement initiatives.

The role offers hybrid working patterns (2-3 days on site per week) and a proactive opportunity to influence retirement, employee share plans and financial wellbeing.
