Datasource Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for a Gloucestershire-based client.

This role is hybrid, with three days on-site per week in Cheltenham and the remainder remote, and involves overseeing day-to-day operations across finance, HR, governance and systems.

You will work with the Exec Team and lead a small operations function, ensuring efficient processes, KPI reporting, budget monitoring, and compliance with ISO standards and Cyber Essentials Plus.
