*Agile Delivery & Transformation Consultant– Locations in Either Bristol, Gloucestershire, London or Grater Manchester – Hybrid – Permanent 37.5 hours per week - £39,000 - £95,000 – Active DV Clearance Required* Our client is a global consultancy company looking to expand their teams of consultants across multiple teams and locations within their Defence practice, working on some of the most ambitious programmes in the Defence and National Security sector. We are looking for Agile Delivery and Transformation professionals to support complex programmes across the Defence and National Security sector. There are opportunities available across a range of levels and projects, covering Agile delivery, Agile transformation, product delivery and wider technology-enabled change. You will work alongside clients and multidisciplinary teams to help deliver complex products, services and transformation programmes, embedding effective Agile ways of working and helping teams deliver value successfully. Depending on your experience, you could be directly supporting the delivery of an Agile team, leading multiple workstreams, coaching teams in Agile practices or helping organisations adopt and improve Agile ways of working at a broader transformation level. *Apply today!* *Working Patterns and location – Hybrid working 3 days per week on chosen site, with travel to local client sites in the UK required. * *The Key Responsibilities of an Agile Delivery & Transformation Consultant include: * · You will support or lead Agile delivery across complex projects and programmes, working closely with clients, product teams and technical specialists to maintain momentum and achieve successful outcomes. · You may facilitate Agile ceremonies, support sprint and release planning, manage risks, issues and dependencies, remove blockers and help teams continuously improve how they deliver. · You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Architects and other specialists to ensure teams remain aligned around priorities, user needs and delivery objectives. · At more senior levels, you may coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, assess existing delivery approaches, introduce improved ways of working and support wider Agile or organisational transformation. · You will also build strong relationships with client stakeholders, communicate delivery progress clearly and help navigate challenges within complex and highly secure environments. *We are interested in candidates with Key Skills across one or more of the following areas:* · Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments, with a good understanding of Agile principles, practices and ways of working. · Experience supporting or leading multidisciplinary delivery teams, helping teams remain focused on priorities and successful outcomes. · Experience using methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other Agile approaches. · Strong facilitation skills, with experience running Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and reviews. · Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery blockers, working with teams and stakeholders to resolve them. · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. · Experience working alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and other technical specialists within multidisciplinary teams. · Experience supporting continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve team performance, processes and ways of working. · Experience with Agile transformation or coaching would be particularly relevant for more senior opportunities. · An understanding of product-focused delivery, including prioritisation, roadmaps, backlogs and delivering value iteratively. · Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms would be beneficial. · Experience within Defence, National Security, Government or other complex environments would be advantageous. *Our clients Offer a range of benefits for permanent workers, as well as an excellent salary you will receive the following:* · 26 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays. · Pension contribution matched up to 8%. · Private Medical Insurance. · Overseas Working Policy – If you have the right to work in another country, can request up to 20 days each year to work remotely. · Yearly On Target Bonus. · Season Ticket Loans. · Paid professional subscription. · Life Assurance. *Our client is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from all backgrounds. * *Part-time opportunities/flexible working is available to suit individual needs.* *RECOMMEND A FRIEND:* If you have professional friends/colleagues who would be interested in one of our roles and our excellent levels of service too, we'd like to recognise your recommendations with a 'thank you' of our own.
